Just saw this clip for the first time. I've had lots of debates in my own head around this topic...how much should a startup lean on technology versus value prop to customer? I've never seen a better answer than this.
@sanjay We don't leave them on 24 hours, but we do have one dusk-to-dawn outdoor porch light that stays on all night. We think of it as security/deterrence. (another light is motion-sensitive)

@PhilMiller2911@NateSilver538 Agree - and that tracks with how people make decisions about most things. They emotionally make a decision and then form rational arguments to support their emotional decisions.
@markeldeiry@NateSilver538 I think he means that the virus will not be going away completely, but will continue to have less and less impact on our daily lives – similar to the seasonal flu.
