35-year-old Second Officer Nishanth Uirthanathan (Tamil Nadu) passed away on June 11 after falling seriously ill. His body has remained onboard for over 2 days with no proper refrigeration. Crew is using cold water bottles in a desperate attempt to slow decomposition — a horrifying and health-risking situation.
Despite repeated distress calls, timely medical evacuation was reportedly delayed amid regional tensions. FSUI and the captain are urgently demanding body preservation/repatriation, crew support, and full investigation into the response failures.
RIP Nishanth. Deepest condolences to his family and crew. Authorities must act immediately.

The National Testing Agency is aware of reports concerning the action initiated by the Rajasthan Special Operations Group in connection with alleged irregularities around NEET (UG) 2026. The following is placed on record for the information of candidates, parents, and the public.
1. The examination on 3 May 2026 was conducted as scheduled and under a full security protocol. Question papers were transported in GPS-tracked vehicles bearing unique, traceable watermark identifiers. Examination halls operated under AI-assisted CCTV monitoring from a central control room, with biometric verification of every candidate and 5G jammers in operation. The examination process itself proceeded as planned across all centres on the day.
2. On the late evening of 7 May 2026, four days after the examination, NTA received inputs concerning alleged malpractice activity around the examination. These inputs were escalated by NTA to central agencies on the morning of 8 May 2026 for independent verification and necessary action. The action subsequently undertaken by the law enforcement agencies, including the detentions reported in the media over recent days, is the result of their professional and timely work. NTA places on record its appreciation for the agencies leading this effort, and confirms that it is working closely with them in a fully supporting role, providing all examination-related data and technical assistance required.
3. The matter is presently under investigation and the facts will be established by the agencies in due course. NTA will not pre-judge the inquiry, nor characterise its likely outcome. Whatever the agencies determine — including findings that may require further action — will be examined transparently and disclosed in keeping with established procedure.
4. To the candidates of NEET (UG) 2026 and their families: the effort and integrity of the very large majority of bona-fide aspirants is not in question, and will not be devalued. NTA is conscious of the anxiety reports of this nature can cause, and we ask candidates to allow the agencies the space to complete their work. Any necessary steps will be taken in consultation with the Ministry of Education at the appropriate stage.
5. Helpline: For any queries, please contact NEET 2026 helpline: [email protected] or at 011-40759000 / 011-69227700.
NTA remains committed to fair, secure, and credible examinations and to working closely with all investigating agencies in support of the integrity of the examination system.

Dear India,
Please enlighten the people of #Manipur on WHO will take responsibility for the brutal killing of women, children, and infants.
Who will deliver justice?

He will not divulge his True colors, when he comes on National Media, but in Kuki Local news channels and his SM posts one can see his Real Intentions.

#ManipurViolence: The #European#Manipuri Association emphasized that the safety of women and #children must remain a priority under any circumstance and that they should never be used as instruments in #conflicts, regardless of political or #ethnic differences. “The security and welfare of the most vulnerable members of society reflect the collective #humanity of a region,” the statement read. Who killed Mrs Zosangkim of Zairon Hmar Village, Jiribam? This incident deserves a thorough investigation.
Reportedly the Hmar villagers of Zairon had a peaceful relationship with the Meiteis, the Chin-Kuki militants didn’t want this. Few days before the incident, these militants reportedly warned the Zairon villagers not to have any association with the Meiteis! These were the same militants who destroyed the peace deal formally signed between Hmar and Meitei people of Jiribam.
Have the Hmar villagers of Zairon and their properties been used as fodders to escalate the violence & keep the pot boiling, even with higher temperatures? Other than some videos on the social media which could have easily been made up/dubbed, what proof is there that the attackers were Meiteis? 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐙𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐦 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬? Doesn’t that explain why many militants found came all the way from Churachandpur?
In the beginning of the conflict Meiteis reacted emotionally, resulting to some unfortunate ‘mob’ attacks but beyond that there had not been any attacks particularly to women and children. Meiteis, fighting for Manipur’s integrity, know that escalating violence is not in their interest. @EastMojo Abducting infants, women & children is not a violation of human rights. What kind of journalism r u practising. Under which circumstances how are u going to justify the kidnapping which is an act of terrorist.
Dear @narendramodi@PMOIndia, @AmitShah@HMOIndia@rajnathsingh@SpokespersonMoD@NBirenSingh@manipur_cmo, look at the faces of these women and children; they are citizens of this country. Do whatever you must with all the resources under your command to ensure their safety and freedom from their armed "Kuki" abductors.
God forbid, if anything untoward happens to these innocent women and children, you shall be solely responsible.

Unconfirmed reports say that the 6 abducted Meitei civilians - 3 women & 3 children, including an 8-month old and 2-year-old - have been killed.
1. Telam Thajamanbi Devi, 8 years
2. Yulembam Rani Devi, 60 years
3. Telam Thoibi Devi, 32 years
4. Laishram Heitonbi Devi, 25 years
5. Laishram Chingheinganbi, child of 2 years
6. Laishram Lamnganba, child of 8 months
2 other abducted Meitei civilians have already been killed, say activists.
If true, this is a shocking war crime against humanity....as bad as what's happening in Middle East.
But secular parties and English-laguage media in India care more for Palestinians than persecuted Meiteis and other indigenous people of Bharat.
The Kuki Students’ Organisation (KSO) has openly issued threats against the CRPF, warning them to remain confined within their camps or face severe consequences. This raises serious concerns about KSO’s influence, as they appear to exert control even over elements of the Indian Army.
It is increasingly evident that the KSO is not merely a student organization but operates as the front for Chin-Kuki narco-terrorist networks, allegedly involved in kidnapping six women and children, including an 8-month-old infant.
