Students can never have enough support and encouragement. Be that teacher and be that administrator. We all thrive when we have others invested in helping us be our best.
Teachers, NEVER let anyone make you feel guilty for enjoying your time off from school. Whether its excited on a Friday afternoon or even that summer is near. Teachers pour out their heart & soul on a daily basis! You're human, you have to recharge!
"I wanted to talk about what I was seeing in the classroom—the inequities educators and students were dealing with every day—but as a new teacher I struggled to share my voice with people in leadership." @epurple320
You may have heard the terms culturally relevant, culturally responsive, and culturally sustaining in education, but how do we define those terms and what implications do they have for curriculum?
Think outside the box. Dodgeball was my jam, but many schools have banned it and deemed it dangerous. This looks like a blast though and is basically a souped up version of whack-a-mole. Tech can get you moving!

I’ve learned that I need breaks and I’m allowed to be tired, stressed, and all the things I tell my students it’s okay to be. I don’t have to carry everything #EDLR795#nt2t@DrVirtuality
I am a big fan of making a list or keeping a calendar. I also try to stick to daily routines so that my sleep schedule doesn’t get too far off it’s norm #EDLR795#nt2t@DrVirtuality
