To make it fair, if a person has all of their id's and go to get a voter ID and cant afford it, it should be waived and paid for. The people of the people should let the people vote if they have gone through the process to get their voter ID. That way there is no discriminations' bullshit. Just on the person because they were too lazy to get their shit together to go and get an ID so they can vote, if they are laying on the couch, fuck them.
