ABSOLUTE SHOCKER of the day: Ratnakar Sahoo, Additional Commissioner, Bhubaneshwar Municipal Corporation, was dragged from his office and brutally kicked and assaulted in front of a BJP Corporator by goons . Overall IRCTC deducted 71 rs i.e, 36%.

Isn't this a scam?

If ticket is getting cancelled automatically then shouldn't we get full refund.
