2024 car has repeatedly gone back to @CaliberCollision for rework after an insurance repair. Then the fuel tank DROPPED while driving. Fuel tank strap was missing. @progressive was the insurer. 3 young kids ride in this car. Both companies silent on who’s taking accountability.

@BestBuySupport We need escalation ASAP. Fridge/freezer has been out over 2 weeks. Took 1 week to get the first Geek Squad visit (couldn’t fix), then another week for a 2nd visit from third party (also couldn’t fix). Still no plan for resolving. Brutal over Xmas. Svc # 111608679
