Please can you explain @RoyalMail how this has resolved my query? I have 2 bank cards that are stuck in the Hyde DO and now my current one has expired. I have had no post delivered in January and now have no way of getting money out. Explain how you will resolve this?

Noone responded... it seems far too easy to pass the buck... nothing to do with us... it is however your airport and the passenger satisfaction scores you are graded on don't care who owns baggage its MAG to sort it out

@louisedavis84 @TUIUK @manairport Exactly the same on my Virgin flight this AM. Arrived at 659am from Orlando left airport about 9am. Same story bags behind screen waiting @swissport employees. @VirginAtlantic. I worked at the airport but found the staff rude and unprofessional

@BurgerKingUK I've just been to your outlet at Salford Quays. I've got to say from start ti finish the absolute worst burger experience I've ever had. 15minute wait and a cold soggy burger which was barely edible. Disgusting.
