@TUIUK @manairport absolute shambles of an arrival this morning at T2. Waited 1hr 20m for the bags to come through, best of it is they were sat the whole time just the other side of the flaps. They only came through when passengers caused a stir & no staff to help. Poor service.

There were children crying, a poor young girl being sick who was clearly very ill, never seen such awful behaviour from Man Airport!
