🏦 28-30 सितंबर की प्रस्तावित बैंक हड़ताल को देखते हुए सरकार ने एडवांस भुगतान के निर्देश दिए।

➡️ Defence, Posts & Telecommunications भी शामिल
➡️ सितंबर की पेंशन भी 25 सितंबर को
➡️ औद्योगिक कर्मचारियों की मजदूरी भी पहले
➡️ 25 सितंबर का भुगतान Advance Payment माना जाएगा
➡️ किसी भी एडजस्टमेंट की रकम अक्टूबर की सैलरी से समायोजित होगी
➡️ महीने के आखिर के जरूरी भुगतान भी संभव हो तो पहले करने के निर्देश

⚠️ बैंक स्ट्राइक से भुगतान में देरी न हो, इसके लिए सरकार ने पहले ही तैयारी कर ली।

Dear @RBI , Similar order were issued by you for 31.03.2024, currency chest/branches opened on Sunday. Employees worked for full day but till date their legitimate OT has not been paid & Employees are running behind the offices of @LabourMinistry

Therefore, for this time there is a 'BIG NO'. Your employees will enjoy the holiday, employees of DFS will enjoy the holiday then why bankers not? Ask your executives to run the branches to whom you have paid the huge amount of PLI.

Govt says one of the demands of bankers has been fulfilled. New PLI scheme has been put on hold. But the reality is a bit different. The new PLI scheme has not been put on hold. The payment of PLI for financial year 2025-26 has been put on hold. PLI has already been paid for financial year 2024-25. So, PLI scheme is not on hold. Only payment of PLI is put on hold. Moreover, bankers demanded withdrawal of new PLI scheme but Govt has not done so.

The documented record is clear. IBA and UFBU agreed in Dec 2023 and the March 2024 settlement on 5-day banking with +40 min weekday hours. Only the government can issue the NI Act Sec 25 notification. Over 2.5 years later it remains pending, with DFS still listing it as under examination. That delay is what has driven the strikes.
