No arms ➡️ better legs
A go-to for @korfist for taking the arms out of the equation to force the legs to do more of the work
Normally in sprinting, the arms help balance the cross-crawl pattern. But remove that, and the athlete has to run more efficiently and effectively from the lower body alone
Add assisted sprinting to the mix and it’s a powerful way to challenge an athlete's coordination and output
