@c2c_Rail Many thanks, have now reported - a little late though given the trian is in service. May I suggest ensuring the AC is working on all carriages before trains leaves the depot.

@c2c_Rail A number of your trains do not seem to be running their AC - is this deliberate or are there a number of trains with faulty AC? Currently on the 5.16 (delayed) out of Fenchurch St and it's extremely warm in the carriage.
