@DanielGacharna1 Hello Daniel, from what I have learned I think aldose is a monosaccharide with an aldehyde group and are found naturally in plants. Whereas, ketose is a sugar, which has one ketone group for every molecule and are found in processed foods. #prescottbiochemistry
