I am 100% sure that Saylor knows about DMT-NAT.
@Saylor mentions "Digital Matter" in his latest podcast. [1:21:40]

Meta-protocol miner supplements are additional rewards directed to Bitcoin miners via protocols layered on L1 (without changing consensus or the 21M cap).
The clearest live example is $NAT on TAP Protocol (DMT framework). Since block 885588 every mined block automatically credits NAT to the coinbase address alongside the BTC subsidy. Amount is derived from Bitcoinโs own block data.
Major pools including AntPool, F2Pool, SpiderPool and ViaBTC already distribute or claim it for their miners. Other metaprotocol activity (Runes, inscriptions) further boosts fees.
What did Adam Back @adam3us get wrong when discussing $NAT? Twelve replies, four claims.
Here is every one, quoted verbatim and answered on the merits. If the math is wrong, break it.
We have another article from @kucoincom that goes deeper into the NAT ecosystem.
I highlighted just a few parts of the article below.
Literally the most important development in Bitcoin is happening.
$NAT ready.
