@SanfilippoDad@commonsenseplay By the time it reads out and goes through approval you're looking at a few years after $SPRB is on the market. You can play the FDA approval and get out
@VincentParisi10@abracabrasian Absolutely brutal. Have no idea why they crushed us all including themselves. I feel like this could have been done differently to dilute a lot less
@TOWiU2@abracabrasian@AaronRosenblum5@iotaresearch@MartinShkreli Yes they need to get in line for the runs to be completed. They also have to implement the ph3 study which also takes time. I don't think there was any explicit CMC issue that caused them to push this back.
@EmuConspiracy @pewpedia @DavidCh34622985@HansGnt05391203@jacobg0121 I saw that. Thanks for sharing as usual. It's a concern but I really don't foresee Samsung not having a back up plan to fix this. This would ruin their entire business
@EmuConspiracy @pewpedia @DavidCh34622985@HansGnt05391203@jacobg0121 Solid find and reason to be concerned. I just don't foresee Samsung risking their entire business and not being able to meet the union halfway. I don't see this shutting down lines in the factory but it is something to monitor. Good find
@pewpedia @EmuConspiracy@DavidCh34622985@HansGnt05391203@jacobg0121 Exactly. The likelihood Samsung fumbles is low. Especially with 8ish months to file. If they happen to CRL for CMC yeah it gets diluated but it doesn't ruin the investment. The exes they poached from biomarin have run this play before and were successful. Upside is worth the risk
