Called the hotel and they said that they had never received the deposit from #Expedia. I called #Expedia to let them know what the hotel said. The only thing they could offer was that I needed to contest the charges with my bank.
No other help. Are you kidding me? Never again.

I’ll never book with #expedia #booking.com again! Had a hotel booked in PCB Fl. They said I could cancel up to 24 hours prior to date of arrival. I called two weeks before arrival to cancel, and was told by #Expedia that I’d have to call the hotel to get my deposit back.
