Daily Token limits that don't reset at a fixed hour but start from when you hit said limit.

Bad usage across any decent model.

Bad model inference from third parties.

I don't think I've seen a real senior dev actually use anything beyond T3Code (and regardless it was simply Codex/Claude, nothing else.)
