@mccrawf7 @am47 @Shopify Shopify Tax was causing issues with errantly collecting tax on products and in states where it should not for a few of the merchants I work with and Shopify support could not help so we switched back to basic tax. My Plus clients use Avalara.

@gilgNYC When clicking on Apps which launches the search bar do not load a list and then change the order of the list. I click on the wrong app so often cause the order changes right when I’m clicking. Also settings should return to being a dedicated page and not a modal.

@kalenjordan The drawback to doing it with shipping rates is that it’s included in the rate so you have to either modify the rate title or have some other way to visually represent it to customers. We usually do it in the rate title and description.

@ShopifyDevs Add subtotal after discounts (all types) and customer data (order count) to the cart data available to functions and carrier services.

@ShopifyDevs The dev assistant needs work. It provides nonsense code (makes up queries and mutations that don’t exist) and uses queries and mutations from api versions that do not match what is selected on the page.

@TRPage_dev What happens if you enter data into category metafields for a product and then the category for the product is changed? Will the data you saved still be there if you switch the category back? I’ll have to test this later.
