@JackPeterson128 @AmarinoMarisa Great question! Of the three weapons of USP, the most successful one in growing the brand/fan experience has to be unbridled joy. Personalization and surprise don't matter much if they don't give the audience joy. Unbridled joy is the most powerful and shareable.

This is especially important to remember in sports philanthropy to stay impact minded and engage EVERY department involved.

Left yesterday’s class feeling even more excited. My group has the opportunity to work with St. Louis FC, a new organization, which allows us to be a part of their process of creating new traditions and finding the best way to serve their community. I can’t wait!! #TUSportsPhil
