@RokuSupport Hi it seems that our problems stems first and maybe only first that our cable provider - buckeye broadband - is sending us only 2 mbps. everything that we know says we need at least 3. when we get this speed up, i will send more if we need more help. thanks again.

@RokuSupport Hi, I'm back with more progress. As you see from the pics, I have been able to get my screen to say that the connection is ok, but when I locate the show, Reacher, and then click the play button, the show does not start.

@RokuSupport i am making progress, but still my machine will not activate the selection. i have everything loaded, i believe, and when i select a show, the screen says i have an internet connectivity problem. i assume that since my machine yesterday loaded, there was not a further issue.
