@max_paperclips if you give them the knowledge they have a vuln that you found with some off the shelf agent, what stops that company from finding it themselves or paying someone far cheaper than you to find it?

It’s a glimpse of what happens when companies automate the rules but not the responsibility.
The booking vanished.
The human on the other end had no agency to fix it.
That’s not customer service.
That’s a system protecting itself from the customer.
