@Telstra Brock. Yep, just realised he lied to me about insurance too. Told me it was compulsory with the iPhone8. Checked the website, it’s not.

@Telstra Was the Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore store. I believe the block was an ‘inflight’ block or something, related to a restriction put on my account 3-4 months ago because of a unpaid bill that has long been resolved. However the account hadn’t been completely restored.

@Telstra worst in-store customer experience ever. Walked in ready to upgrade to over $109/month w/ 4yo daughter. Sales guy swore the whole time. And then in the end couldn’t upgrade me cause of a block from months ago that hadn’t been cleared properly. Straight to @Optus...
