@LGUS My $$$K LG TV just died at year 4. Meanwhile my x2 other much less pricey LG models from the twenty-teens are still going strong. I am "too far out of warranty" and was invited to share my woes with your company President 😆 This is not productive customer support.

@Equifax Your phone tree is a major FAIL. I cannot login to my account. It tells me to call for help. I jump through hoops for 10 minutes and complete 4 security questions. The system tells me I must login online to do what I need to do?! #WTF
