I was at an event near Mannheim this weekend. This morning I spoke to a Kindergarten teacher whose Kindergarten is in the countryside.

She said she has 19 children in her class. Two are German. Of the 19, several are second or third generation Turkish whose parents still speak Turkish in the house, and the majority are 'refugees'. None have German.

This has resulted in a bizarre situation where they are now a "picture Kindergarten". This means that because communication is not possible with most kids, they put pictures of basic items on the wall - like a toilet, or a boots and jacket for going home - and the kids point to the picture when they want something.

There are issues getting intensive language training to the kindergarten as it is specialised and - at least in this teacher's kindergarten - there is no money in the budget for it. It's sink or swim for teacher and kids.

She said that we are now past the point in Germany where the phenomenon of minority majority classrooms are confined to cities. The cities are full (places, social housing etc.) and so the phenomenon is now spilling out into small villages.

She said that last week 11 out of 20 teachers in her Kindergarten (permanent and part time) were absent because they are demoralised and burned out. She was clearly able to articulate that "mass" migration was the issue. Germany has a long post-war tradition of migration but it has spun so far out of control now that even in her small Kindergarten there are enough Turks, Arabs and former USSR satellite state Russian speakers to form their own playground groups meaning that the mother tongues they hear from both parents at home are also now dominant at school. There is no incentive to learn German. There are not enough Germans to act as the dominant language and culture to integrate into.

I notice in Ireland, particularly in the national media, there is a very stupid game still being played where 'journalists' conflate traditional migration - that is small in number forcing integration, usually based on marriage inward meaning there is the native culture and language in the home, with mass migration where both parents in the home are non-native, meaning the children have limited or no language skills going into school and migration has happened at such scale that integration into the native culture isn't necessary because micro-communities exist. These commentators pretend that the experiences of Germany and wider western Europe over decades will not play out just the same in Ireland. These people are both disingenuous and dangerous.

Mass immigration is just some natural process like the migratory habits of birds. All people are interchangeable. History is linear and we are all moving towards progress. Anyone who raises questions is evil and dangerous.

The explosive expansion of third level education has produced more people like this, all demanding professional standards of reward and never to having to do manual work. These people view labour demands as a statistic that must be answered by higher immigration. They think in binary data points simplistic moral generalities and haven't the incentive to think outside of conventional wisdom.

Anyway, anyone remember Eircom? If you have been paying attention carefully, you'll know to keep your money out of banking institutions and out of the government's hands. Aside from anything, if everything went to the wall tomorrow and everyone turned up looking for their money, few would be able to withdraw it because there wouldn't be enough cash to give everyone their dues.

People in Dublin 15 keep asking me the same question: who is actually getting the houses?

When I asked Fingal County Council for the make up of the housing list, I was refused, I put a motion down and all councillors in attendance at that meeting voted down the release of the data.

I kept at it and I got those figures.

I also got the allocations so far this year broken down by citizenship status and that number is up from last year.

Look at the numbers yourself, and make up your own mind but for me the allocation share should be 100% Irish.
