@scottlincicome Fine, get rid of DST. But move Boston (all of New England?) to the Atlantic time zone. Otherwise outdoor afternoon activities in the late fall and early spring are impossible to schedule. You'd need to double the number of fields for youth sports or add lights at all of them.
