@philipnolan1 It’s not too much to ask. Also on planes! I have children, I remind them it’s ok to take up space, but also to be respectful of others’. I’m fine with tablets (with headphones) at the table before/after food when expecting kids to be “well behaved” in a boring adult setting.

Love the honesty. It’s said that a lot of Irish musical talent of the 70s and 80s was born of the welfare system being more relaxed. The unemployed had time to gig and a little money to support creativity. Not as helpful as a famous da, but more support than most artists get now
