@puristdriver @incitafusio We did this at a small company I worked for and it had real, very costly unintended consequences. Even employees with a spouse working for a big tech firm that provided excellent insurance covering 90% of premiums would switch to our plan because it was entirely ‘free’ to them.

A school district does require *some* administration, after all, and making wild statements does not really help with public perception / sympathy.
