@JennMForster@guerilla_grip Didn’t even notice what you were replying to originally (and to be honest thought it was anti-Palestinstian when I saw it). For the record, no sentient person thinks there’s a “white genocide” in South Africa, the very idea is idiotic.
@bourbon_teddy Have you slept more than 3 hours? If so, you’re not using your time efficiently and you could have been caramelising your onions between 3 and 5am. If you think about it, you’re probably being a little selfish, non? 😉
@alittleleader I stared at that for a while thinking and landed on - yes, you should take all the time between Christmas and Thanksgiving off, make the most of it.
@saraaaaajean And many partnership applications in many jurisdictions (not sure about the US) want you to detail interests outside your work so that they have some sense that you won’t burn out. Given that I have a 5 year old, I commonly listed Disney movies, children’s music, etc, as mine.
@RaymondMog972@Kwame2u@TULU96000608 @GodPenuel @DarthVader_sa Because we have had universal health care for a significant period of time and we have failed to deliver, and that delivery has included a significant part of the national budget and we are all aware that this was not used effectively. More budget doesn’t change the misuse.
@RaymondMog972@Kwame2u@TULU96000608 @GodPenuel @DarthVader_sa My thoughts on that depend on the sector but as a general point absolutely agree. Private medical aid and hospitals are absolutely not required /provided/ that the public healthcare works. Currently in SA it doesn’t. And NHI won’t change that - and nobody expects that it will.
@RaymondMog972@Kwame2u@TULU96000608 @GodPenuel @DarthVader_sa Quality of healthcare is terrible - quality of health care professionals may not be (I don’t think so but am not informed). But regardless of quality of professionals, quality of healthcare is bad because resources, beds, rooms, medicine, etc is bad because money is stolen.
@Ghiaguy66@jonlis1@KateS03542709 Because England colonised India, it has a large population, it has a large educated population that speak English, etc.
Laos was the most bombed country in the world. Today, children are still losing limbs from bombs and mines from the 1970s. Surprisingly, they don’t hate the people that dropped the bombs. Just dropping this nugget for no reason whatsoever today.
@TightFive_Rugby But … this is predicated on the ref having actually missed the knock on in the first place? Is the complaint that the TMO messed up reviewing the ref’s mess up? Is the desired result driving which error we care about?
@MB5Plug Libbok is amazing. If he can get to be as metronome as Morne and Handre, with his attacking prowess, he will be the best 10 in the world. We should definitely still be backing in the Boks
@Brendennel I think South Africa have genuinely changed the game from a 15 man game (with some second choice optional players) to a 23 man + game. Given that they are the front runners on this, it appears to others that there has been less single player contributions. 🤷♀️ All good to me
@Oom_Rugby Agreed - bar that I thought Ox should have been included in the Dream Team (but really meh who cares in any event) and I would’ve thought DuPont for Player of the Year (and given not a Saffa not gutted regardless).
