We emailed & called the TX facility where he was last held, more than 1300 miles from the San Diego detention center he was in when we started representing him. They had no info & yesterday told us he was no longer there. This morning he disappeared from online detainee locator.

We last spoke to our client on Thursday before he was supposed to have a hearing in immigration court, but ICE didn’t bring him. The govt atty had no info about why he was not there. The Judge reset the hearing for Monday. We have been trying to contact our client ever since.

Our client worked in the arts in Venezuela. He is LGBTQ. His tattoos are benign. But ICE submitted photos of his tattoos as evidence he isTren de Aragua. His @ImmDef attorney planned to present evidence he is not. But never got the chance because our client has been disappeared.

@HonkIfUrHoary I know you said he's probably a border collie mix, but the dna tests are always so fun! My mom bought Koda's dna test for my bday years ago, it came back as: 1/8 lab, 1/8 AmStaff, 1/8 german shepherd, 1/8 treeing walker coonhound, and... 1/2 was just "mixed" 😁

@HonkIfUrHoary For context and pet tax, some pics of Koda treeing squirrels. When i first adopted her she would want to sit and stare at the squirrels for like 10 mins or more. Over time we both got better at compromising and now it's more like 2 mins per squirrel lol

@HonkIfUrHoary Ooh i wonder what Jackal's dna test would look like, bc this makes me think of my dog Koda who is incredibly mixed but is also the reason i know what a treeing walker coonhound is. Does Jackal like to tree the other squirrels or just this one in particular?
