Just want to chime in about Broadcast Journalism.

The degree track at FAMU lends itself to news reporting and producing.

A standard first contract for a news reporter pays 24-28k a year.

40 hrs/wk x 52 weeks/yr = 2,080 hrs p/yr.

28k / 2,080 hrs = $13.46 p/hr.

So, yeah. Lol.
