Breaking: During in-flight press conference from Ireland, Pope Francis dismissed former Vatican ambassador's accusations of McCarrick cover-up. Letter of unsubstantiated claims "speaks for itself," said the pontiff. https://t.co/toBPs72D8F
We don't want anymore of your "renewal".
We want you to return what you've taken from us.
And then we want you to vacate your positions in order to make room for a new generation of men who believe as the Fathers and Doctors believed.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided …
My husband has returned from his biopsy, no results for days. Blood work is bad, pancytopenia but good news is abdominal CT normal. Thank you for your prayers.
Documents in the Vatican Secret Archives and the archives of the doctrinal congregation prove it was a “myth” that Blessed Paul VI largely set out on his own in writing #HumanaeVitae. @Cindy_Wooden reports https://t.co/Yez416JXTS
Concelebration is probably not the right word to describe this. Simultaneous celebration of several Masses by individual priests sounds like a more appropriate description. https://t.co/AXQhkXGYTt
@paulbennett966 Sorry, Paul, but Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller never signed the dubia. The four signatories of the dubia are Cardinals Burke, Brandmüller, Caffarra and Meisner.
Dear radical feminists, about that war that you are waging against masculinity. Pls reconsider.
We need men to go on life & death rescue missions when we fall into unfathomable holes. God has put within their bodies the strength, agility & willingness to protect & save.
Ad Multos Anos! Thanks be to God, Reverend Father! Now, if you could only stop calling the Mass of the Ages “the Extraordinary Form” … https://t.co/CpVDbwC9uH
Regardless of the method employed, abortion is, first and foremost, a crime against God, the Creator of the human race and of each of its members. https://t.co/kgdm5B4tIu
Someone has taken offence in my description of abortion as crime against humanity. So I’ll spell it out for comprehension...if pulling out, dismembering, decapitating and discarding the remains of unborn babies is not a crime against humanity, nothing is a crime against humanity.
"In general, it must be considered a very grave abuse when the liturgy in ecclesiastical functions is made to appear secondary to and in a manner at the service of the music, for the music is merely a part of the liturgy and its humble handmaid." - Pope St. Pius X.
“...Bergoglio would like “a Church without priesthood, a Church without magisterium, a Church without dogmas, a Church without an official interpretation of Sacred Scripture, left in the hands of people who interpret it according to the presumed spirit, that it suggests to them”. https://t.co/Ypx0ckc62B
@PineWoodsRunner@reginamrc6@MSill3 @thegentchad The Pope is endowed with the charism of infallibility, which he can validly exercise under very strict conditions. But he is not not *impeccable*. He is the *Vicar* of Christ, not Christ Himself.
As to your question re. Fatima prayer: no, not at all. Why should I?
@reginamrc6@MSill3@PineWoodsRunner @thegentchad One strong argument against praying the *optional* Luminous Mysteries: the 150 Aves of the original devotion are meant to correspond to the 150 Psalms (Catholic Tradition, and Our Lady called the Holy Rosary "Her Psalter"). Add more mysteries, and this relationship disappears.
While Jesus was kind to sinners...He did not respect their false ideas...Jesus loved them all, but instructed them in order to convert them and to save them...St Pius X
