@MPFed The evidence would bear the officer out. The actions of these officers in turning in their weapons risk prejudicing the case. The officer should put his faith in the criminal justice system and the evidence just the way ordinary would. Officers are not above the law. 2/2
@MPFed The men and women who protect us should not only be the bravest amongst us but also some of the best. They also should be subject to the laws they enforce everyday. A young man is dead through their actions. His family deserve justice. The evidence will be put before a jury 1/2
@TheTope_Ajayi Forget about meetings. He inherited economy that we were just managing after the other Senior Man dabaru the thing; and in 100 days he has managed to make things so bad that he is now sharing rice and corn so people can survive. Una do well. 🤦♂️
@ARISEtv What was easier stopping the fuel trucks smuggling fuel to Cameroun, Benin etc or punishing our people?.We are to believe that the instructure they couldn’t deliver in the last 60 years will be delivered now that subsidy is gone? Just another opportunity to loot. Nothing more.
@realFFK …the case will just die. Hell awaits all of you for what you have done to our country and the misery and suffering that you have wrecked on our people. Soon there will be nothing left to loot. All you looted for your children will one day be taken away. Insha allah!
@realFFK Also stop with this brother thing. If you have any respect for the rule of law and want a better Nigeria, you will go clear your name and stop all these charade. Instead you ran from PDP to APC to avoid prosecution. And now with BAT at the helm, ….
@realFFK I just don’t get it. The last I checked you have an on going corruption and perjury case. How are we suppose to believe in change when those that are championing it are themselves crooks. While would someone like @NuhuRibadu give you a platform like this. 1/2
@fkeyamo Hell awaits you and all who have wrecked untold suffering and pain on our people. It is now you know that resources are “scarce and unavailable”. Except there is no God and no judgment. It will never be well with you and all who have impoverished our people.
@BenHundeyin It should be a sad moment that a citizen felt the need to assault an officer. Abhorrent as it may sound and it is, his actions is reflective of how many of citizens see law enforcement. I long for a day when “Police will truly be our friend”.
@BenHundeyin Seun’s father endured years of Police brutality. Till this day, there is no day in Nigeria that we do not have issues of extra judicial killings, assaults and law breaking by those who swore to protect and uphold the law. This is not a moment to glory.
@BenHundeyin As those who are supposed to protect us end up assaulting, killing and violating our rights. Our men and women in uniform should not only be the bravest amongst us but the best. But quite often, we are dealing with criminals in Uniforms.
@BenHundeyin Now do those who killed innocent protesters in Lekki. Also let this be the way Police Officers are treated going forward when they assault and infringe our rights. I condemn Seun’s actions but we are all on edge when we encounter law enforcement in Nigeria. 1/2
@Arsenal King of the assist. His art and craft was never truly appreciated. Really sad how he was treated towards the end. A great servant of @Arsenal. Enjoy your retirement King.
@TheRollingW@JonathanTurley It’s not an obsession. He can’t stop committing crimes. His own DOJ sent his former lawyer to jail as part of this ongoing matter- which crime benefitted him by the way. No one is above the LAW. Not even TRUMP.
@KariLake Must be exhausting talking down your State and Country. Trump does this too. Not sure why the media doesn’t focus on it. So much for patriotism. 🤦♂️
