Trying to help my sister recover her hacked @instagram account. Reporting doesn't help & help centre is useless, just keeps sending us in circles. Seems they couldn't care less about people getting hacked.

@aliceleung I used it to make some changes to a pdf and found it easier than pro to move things around. But I have staff members who are not impressed and don't want to spend the time to learn how to use it as they know how to do things in Pro.

@telstra why did our Shire Council put up a post saying there would be interruptions to our mobile coverage including a 5 DAY complete network outage yet the 1 text message I got about it just says there will be interruptions and to check the outage page.

@Telstra It's more than 5 days! The outage page shows 2 separate planned outages - 1 from 15 - 21 May, the other from 18 - 24 May...

@Telstra Sure. The council received a media release about it. Telstra has a history of doing network maintenance in our area that causes major disruptions without fully disclosing how much disruption it is causing. Maintenance is inevitable but a 5 day complete outage??

The Telatra outage page has even less information. How can such a significant interruption to business, schools and home life be minimised to 'your service may be interrupted at times'. Especially when we are in the middle of cotton harvest - one of the busiest times of the year

@alisa_stephens Sounds like something similar to us.. First it was the part that had to be delivered, then it was getting someone to install it - i stayed late one evening only to be told he had come but no one answered the gate.... They were supposed to be investigating to improve service..

@r_nd_rgh @MichaelJSky Yes! I've found it much more helpful than ICT+ - especially as it has the last user log in details.

@MichaelJSky @r_nd_rgh The chatbot was only developed to answer PCard questions - I haven't seen it referred to in a while. As to ICT+ etc it's like they half develop something then move on to something else. ICT+ has become unreliable. UDM will eventually be replaced but who knows when.

@r_nd_rgh We had one electrical board that would throw the safety switch whenever there was a power outage. Then it was randomly which was annoying.. it never got fixed. I knew where to head when the 'the internet's not working' cry went up. 😊 It all better be labelled in the new school..

@r_nd_rgh Yup.. been there done that.. It was a nightmare at the old school site.. the Front Office was supposed to tell me whenever there were electricians in the school after a close call. Nothing was labelled correctly even after the remediation for the Cooler classrooms.

@r_nd_rgh Hopefully they are fixed! We used to have a computer room wired in such a way that if too many went on at the same time it would take the power out various rooms including the network switches. I scored my own E key so when it happened I could fix it.. Eventually rewired...
