@McDonalds please change your new store layouts in the USA. Its really bad. Poor customer service, kiosks are hard to use and slow, drink refills are non-existent because employees are clearly trained to ignore you and it's impossible to order on the register.

@JetBlue please change your policy on paying for seats on a domestic flight when its on the same itinerary as a mint ticket. If people are paying 3k-5k for a mint flight, having to pay another 69 to 99 dollars is petty and silly. That's all 😞

@Delta Had some plans booked, but @Delta changed the flight of my son, even though our tickets were connected, and moved him to a different intl flight. A paid 3k ticket and moved it while leaving the rest of the family on a different flight. Called to fix and magically no seats left.

@Delta took 2 FC flights from TPA -> SEA -> LIH. Please step up the food game and service. On the first flight we were in row 2 and they were out of all meals except veg. On the second flight all the food choices were both of poor quality and selection. Diamond Medallion.

@BillOReilly Experienced the same with Jet Blue this morning. They canceled my flight and won't give my cash back...automatic voucher. Been on hold 5 hours to try and fix...so sad.

@Delta Kudos to the gentleman (I forgot his name) working the skyclub desk in Tampa. He did an amazing job reworking my itinerary after several cancelations over the last 24 hours to get me on my way to an international flight. Great service! I hope this gets to him!

@JetBlue you guys need to improve your customer service badly. Bought a tix last night, you canceled it this morning and automatically gave me a credit instead of my money back. That is called robbery. I was not only within my 24 hours of purchase, but you canceled, not me.
