Nancy Pelosi’s husband has been charged in a hit-and-run crash after his convertible allegedly crashed into a parked car in Napa County.

He allegedly drove away from the scene.

Napa County Sheriff’s deputies confronted Paul Pelosi about the incident yesterday.

He acknowledged hitting something but said he was unaware of what he had struck.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The case has been forwarded to the district attorney’s office for formal review.

A referral form requesting a re-evaluation of Pelosi’s driving privileges will also be submitted to the California DMV.

Alcohol did not play a factor in this crash, law enforcement says.

In 2022, Pelosi was involved in another car crash—his blood alcohol content was 0.082%.

🚨#BREAKING: A doctor in Arizona will face NO CRIMINALS CHARGES after he pronounced an 18-month-old baby as DECEASED and left him in a freezing hospital morgue for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS...

...BUT THE BABY WAS STILL ALIVE.

Baby Vincent was pulled from a backyard pool where doctors at Mercy Gilbert worked on him, and at 6:20 p.m., Dr. Aryan Toosi pronounced him de*d.

His parents said goodbye to their baby.

...but then a nurse said, "I have a pulse."

Police officers standing there heard the baby GASP.

Not once. Multiple times over the course of an hour.

And when an officer tried to tell the doctor the child might still be alive?

Per the report, the doctor "arrogantly" told him:

"I'm the doctor. I have the medical degree. I went to medical school for a reason. Let me do my thing."

So they put that living, breathing baby in the "cold room" morgue!!!!!

The room is kept at 36 degrees.

And there he stayed... FOR FIVE AND A HALF HOURS.

It wasn't until the medical examiner's transport team who showed up near MIDNIGHT to move a "body" and found the baby STILL BREATHING.

Little baby Vincent ended up surviving.

But sadly, he suffered serious brain damage, and his family says he'll need care for the rest of his life.

A baby was left to freeze in a morgue while he was still alive... because a doctor was too arrogant to listen to a nurse and 2 police officers.

And as of right now, that doctor faces NO criminal charges.

As a 20 year ER/Trauma RN, let me tell you a little bit about CPR that none of the tv shows will.

To do proper CPR, you have to push down on the chest HARD & fast. If you’re doing it correctly on anyone over the age of 70, multiple ribs will be broken and the sternum bruised. When you have multiple broken ribs, we call it “flail chest” and even if the person gets back a heartbeat, they’ll be unable to breathe properly because the chest cavity is no longer supported. So, you’ll likely need to be intubated rapidly and we sometimes break off your teeth in the process. It’s not pretty. It’s not peaceful. And it sure as hell isn’t painless.

Now, all of that is if you have your heart stop while in the hospital and you get a trained team. For patients over 80, if you need pre-hospital CPR, your survival rate is about 2%. Even if you do survive, your life is a living hell. You can’t laugh, breathe, cough or sneeze for up to a year without severe pain. You likely lost brain function due to the time without oxygen. Your mobility is impaired because you’ve been in bed for so long and many will never get out of bed again.

But @SenMcConnell ’s people want us to believe he’s already up and functioning as a member of Congress. I call bullshit. Complete and utter bullshit. The man was gorked for the last 5 years and there’s no way he’s miraculously healthy enough to vote on matters that impact our country after this.

He must be removed immediately. Isn’t fair to him or us to continue this farce.

Lastly, if you’re over 70, I beg you not to be a full code (make sure your loved ones know you don’t want CPR or intubation) and for the love of God, if you’re over 80, make sure you’re a DNR and have your POLST form on your refrigerator, in your wallet, and in your medical records so your poor family doesn’t have to make the decision for you. There’s nothing worse than being forced to break the chest of a frail granny because the kids are too sad to let her go or because the asshole grandkids want more time to have her write them into the will.

As a critical care nurse, looking at Senator Mitch McConnell’s situation through an ICU lens tells a very different story from the public updates.

Following the release of emergency audio detailing an unconscious person and active CPR for cardiac arrest at his residence on June 14, his staff issued a statement claiming he continues to improve and is working closely with his office. 🙄

However, anyone with extensive bedside experience knows that for an 84-year-old frail patient who has sustained an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest requiring full resuscitation, the idea that he is actively participating in daily Senate business is highly unlikely.

The brutal physical trauma of chest compressions combined with the high risk of acute neurological insult makes a return to a high-functioning baseline virtually impossible for someone with his preexisting vulnerabilities.

From my clinical perspective, the statistical chances of a full recovery are slim to none, serving as a stark reminder that political status cannot override physiological limits.

Who agrees that his constituents and the rest of America deserves the truth? 🤔

BREAKING: The Texas Twelfth Court of Appeals has ruled in my favor against Drew Anthony, the father of convicted murderer Karmelo Anthony.

Drew Anthony appealed the trial court’s decision after the judge denied his attempt to have my lawsuit dismissed under the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA). He also sought attorney’s fees, court costs, and sanctions against me.

Today, the Court of Appeals issued its opinion:

“We affirm.”

That means the appellate court agreed with the trial court. Drew Anthony’s appeal was denied, his attempt to have my lawsuit thrown out has failed.

The case will now continue in the trial court.

This lawsuit also names Tiffney Billions and Charleston White as defendants. Tiffney Billions, who has served as an advocate for the Anthony family, is scheduled to be deposed in July. Charleston White has already been held liable.
