@MondaireJones There's a surge of optimism on Threads - consider joining the wave there - there is little hope to change the intentions of the owner of this website, formerly known as Twitter.
When Mike Lawler thinks the cameras are off, he says what he really feels. While campaigning for Donald Trump and JD Vance recently, Lawler said that Democrats “hate America.” I am appalled that Lawler has such contempt for the hundreds of thousands of Democrats in the 17th District. He also said that Trump, who tried to overturn the 2020 election and pledged to pardon the insurrectionists who attacked law enforcement officers, “loves this country.” The Lower Hudson Valley deserves better.
Primary Day in #Westchester! Go out there and vote, there's some hotly contested races going on and your voice matters! @LatimerforNY @SusanCacace @MondaireJones
Great planning meeting over in Peekskill to help get @MondaireJones elected in November. Wake up, Westchester Democrats, the gateway to the House of Representatives is through NY-17.
Fascinating article my wife wrote about how an upstate 19th century small business turned to hooch production during prohibition: https://t.co/NikRSpjSIa
@ouraring I was not given a ticket number. Someone named Klue is taking forever to reply to my email response to her suggestions. Ring not working for 7 days now. What’s up with Oura’s customer service?
@Alan_Couzens@altini_marco Alternative approach: disengage/detach when the argument goes personal. Arguing principles//concepts is as exciting as it was back in high school/college.
Want a Better Bounce?
If you wish to make athlete hopping better focus on bilateral rebounding and release the assistance after the rhythm is in place.
Start with success for easy gains.
I don’t like plyometrics for height or distance until an athlete can bounce.
@stevemagness Bernie also ran a 15:18 at Vanny…back in ‘57 before that course was manicured. If we are picking Presidents by their race accomplishments I’d say the others should #FeelTheBern
@scottcarlinpt Interesting advice. Not being a HC professional, any creak or discomfort that lasts a day or two makes me pause (and cross train instead). I need a bit more courage
