@SophieDetraux Sorry, been on a/l so distracted. Mine on 8a has been correct as unsocial hours (lots of nights/weekends) push whole pensionable pay into 12.5% bracket. It did make me question whether 7 to 8a was worth it given no increment for 5 years π€·π»ββοΈ
@SophieDetraux Hi Sophie, not heard anything from my Trust, but Iβve been at the bottom of 8a scale for 4 years (outside of London weighting) and have always paid 12.5%, just checked payslips so Iβm confused
@andrewthomp369 @Paul29874283 @SophieDetraux Thanks, that would explain why Iβve always been at 12.5%. Iβll investigate properly when Iβm back from A/L π
@SophieDetraux No overtime, but yes; nights & weekends (ACCP). Although I remember back in 2018 it moved straight to 12.5%. My first months nett was less than previous month as 7. Agree itβs rubbish though re: effective pay cut
@JoePalmerUK Allowing for my view from behind goal not being great, I wouldnβt blame system. A few players had off days and the disallowed goal gave them a lift/changed game. Movement was better post changes
