@snellingio Having decisions made for you about pagination/relationships/filtering/etc is a huge win. Just follow the spec and a whole world of client libs “just work”.
@vantreeseba I feel like being in the scala world and then back in ruby world has me appreciating the “just enough typing to not shoot myself on the foot” mentality. I do like Go’s interface matching setup (even if the primitive typing can get pedantic)
@vantreeseba It’s mostly the incremental / opt in bits that are neat. Super handy for retrofitting existing code (or plowing ahead and then doing cleanup after the fact) without needing to be invasive.
@vlucas The consideration isn’t vaccine side effect vs death, it’s vaccine side effect vs death + spreading to others + side effects of Covid itself + more variants + etc.
Having my family vaccinated helps protect people who can’t protect themselves.
