1. Patching out lentils to spray grubs
2. Deciding where the header will attempt to chase down seed for next year
3. Zone soils for testing/VR management in the absence of soil sensing maps

‘The maps don’t lie’ - niether do soil cores! @BethSleep and I navigated to 3 zones in the ‘Scrub’ paddock today. Massive yield variability - 2-6.5T Barley last year.

We paired EM38, Potassium, Uranium and Thorium map layers with Yield and found 3 quite different soil profiles

@lachiekoch1 They’re bloody awsome! 250kg ours is rated at. Makes moving wool bales a breeze. Cement mixer that holds 20 shovel fulls is the go then just drive to the hole and tip in.
