Interesting start to a new 18 month contract with @virginmedia broadband, as an @O2 customer.

Engineer’s arrival time between 1pm & 6pm, no communication to advise running late, despite staying in all afternoon and running mobile hotspot for the last 2 days. 🙃🙃🙃

I am trying to check my credit report, but it shows an error, I’ve tried making sure my legal name is up to date and the chat yesterday said it was.
