@DeanTTraining I totally get that. I train in the morning before the family are awake so gives me the opportunity to train 5 days a week but I know some can’t. Which 5 day split do you recommend?

@pe_enthusiast We’ve always gone through 3Q Sports so will probably go with them again. I’ve been looking at ordering some new kits myself. One for ks3 and the other for ks4 but I’m not sure what sizes to get. Could people help?
