Released Total CMS 3.6.2 last night. It has 2 new markdown fields. The styledmarkdown field allows you to write in styled text but save as markdown into the CMS. Since agents love markdown so much, this makes things seemless when creating content over MCP.

@JamesWelbes @danielhayesmith Fair. A login means password resets, sessions, rate limiting, and patching when a dependency gets a CVE. Uploads mean file type and size checks. Then PHP/Node upgrades, and every "can I also edit X?" request. Now multiply that by 20 client sites, each built slightly differently.

@aitod_ai @NicolasLecocqHQ Exactly this. And the AI part gets a lot better when the CMS speaks MCP natively, so the agent goes through the same fields and permissions as the client. Built that into @getTotalCMS for this reason.

I see a trend of so many people building their own CMS for their clients. 👎

@ezek_dev @thealexpena Smart approach. That's the idea behind @getTotalCMS (I make it): clients edit only the content you expose and can't mess up the design, even on a hand-coded site.
