Anders Hejlsberg: A Programming Pioneer
Anders Hejlsberg is a Danish software engineer known for his major contributions to programming languages. He created Turbo Pascal in the 1980s, which became a popular development tool. Later, he developed Delphi, another influential IDE.
In 1996, Hejlsberg joined Microsoft and led the creation of the C# programming language. He also contributed to TypeScript, enhancing JavaScript for large-scale applications. His work has earned him numerous awards and recognition in the software engineering field.
