The mechanism is what separates this from everything else.
Ozempic activates one receptor — GLP-1. Suppresses appetite. Zepbound activates two — GLP-1 and GIP. More appetite suppression, better insulin sensitivity. Retatrutide activates three — GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon.
That third receptor is the game-changer. Glucagon activation literally switches your metabolism to burn stored fat as fuel. Early data showed ketone bodies rising 2-3x — confirming the body was changing fuel sources at the cellular level.
Appetite down. Energy expenditure up. Dual attack on the disease from both directions.
This is not the same medicine with better marketing. The mechanism is fundamentally different.

You don’t have to be interested in politics, but politics is always interested in YOU. If you ignore politics, it'll get you faster and harder than you expect.

(politics intrudes, and dumps 50,000 refugees who don't speak english in your small town of 20,000 people)

(Politics declares a small bait fish as "endangered" and cuts off the water supply to your farm)

"I am not that interested in politics. I'm a mom and i'm too busy taking care of my kids."
(Politics lets teachers overwhelm your child with ideas like, "You should be ashamed to be white. Heterosexual white men are the enemy" and all of a sudden, your child decides he's transgender)

(Politics declares that the American borders are open, and illegal aliens flood in, and work 30% cheaper than you do, and you lose your job. You can't get unemployment or section 8 cuz all the benefits ran dry when Illegals snagged them)

Ignoring politics is like ignoring the hungry bear approaching, hoping it'll go away.
