BREAKING NEWS — House Rules GOP leaders have drafted a rule that would allow an amendment vote to strip out a controversial pesticide provision in the farm bill that MAHA advocates say protects pesticide companies from lawsuits.

Rules Committee is preparing to report out the rule covering FISA, the farm bill and a budget resolution, setting up votes for this evening and later this week.
