@eastdakota I agree with @mjasay, any ski area expansion takes away significant backcountry which already has tons of pressure. You can’t understand how precious backcountry terrain is until you’ve skied it, then you’d say “oh yeah, One Wasatch makes no sense.”

@tailopez I evaluate every business decision based off of this principle. “If we follow this opportunity, who’s going to have to do the work? Me? Or someone else?” If it’s me, it’s increasing the stress level.
@tailopez it's the wrong question. You have to do both at different stages of business. In the beginning most people can't afford to pay someone else. As business progresses, you have better employees who can lear from others, and you have more resources to pay for training.
