@marksuman Any plans for a bi-directional audio mode? Especially on mobile. Toggle on/off would be great. Audio mode sometimes fails on phone when display turns off. Having to repeat is annoying.

@CashSupport TY, but I've already asked for help through the app and posted to convey my frustration to @milessuter. I know he wants to win back bitcoiners, but this experience was really poor. Miles, this is not the way... Please fix the root issue(s) with your KYC review/approval process.

@milessuter I've done everything I can to give @CashApp another try and I'm done. Already KYC'd and identity verified but asked to go through another layer of verification to enable transfers. Keeps failing. Reached out, but support response: Sorry. We're unable.
