its ok. at first, you can't live without. after a few weeks, you realize how much baby sitting is still required like any harness TBH (Hermes, OC, etc.) .I use it mostly to handle side business operational, sales ops, follow ups, projects, small build/prototypes.

not so good
browser use stinks
slow most of the time
constant reminders (to use APIs over browser)
cloud agents is neat, but slow, get stuck alot (dual sided token consumption)
building solutions prototypes
local machine access (yes you can use Tailscale), says it has it, but never works for me.

good
it will surprise you at times
good memory, but still requires some attention
agent to agent interactions, group chats
CoS does a good job of handling things, and putting guardrails up on the other agents
