We've changed the trigger word from "workflow" to "ultracode".
You can still say "use a workflow for this", but when you're clearly referring to something else, Claude won't kick off a dynamic workflow. For an explicit trigger, use "ultracode". We appreciate the feedback!
Came across Printing Press recently. Very practical agent tooling: APIs/apps become agent-native CLIs, skills, and MCP servers.
Tried it on a project and built CLIs for tools without public APIs in minutes.
Respect to @mvanhorn and @trevin. @ppressdev

1. you’re assuming there was no discussion prior to the plan creation.
2. I think it’s wrong to consider agents only as “hands”. Agents are making a ton of decisions during the execution.
3. The cost of reacting to something after it’s built keeps going down. Especially when you consider multiple sessions at work building many things. Reacting after an initial build to change something isn’t that expensive all things considered
@Teknium setup another instance of Hermes tonight and had a hell of a time getting iMessage to work.
My process was:
install Hermes + BlueBubbles on macOS → configure correctly → send an iMessage → nothing. No errors, no logs.
On MacOS, the node resolve localhost → ::1, Hermes only binds 127.0.0.1. Turns out there 5+ PRs for the same issue. It's a 1-car fix _webhook_url.

@petergyang@mvanhorn@kieranklaassen Depends what “doing” means I guess. This type of work has always been levels of abstraction. Originally people and now with agents.
Definitely there need to be risk adjusted guardrails and some review, but to get real unlock we need to let some habits go (and embrace new ones)
@AlemTuzlak@liu8in@mvanhorn@ppressdev love this, gonna use it! one suggestion: it should lookup existing DESIGN.md in the repo, or prompt to ask for one. Many times i'm in one repo, but the DESIGN.md i want to base it off is in another
@liu8in@mvanhorn@ppressdev for @ppressdev i think it would be awesome to point it at a CLI and a DESIGN.md and have it bulk create videos even for our https://t.co/U8Afg6IiCu website!
Super interesting idea. In Compound Engineering, i have a `/ce-demo-reel` skill which does this partly but stitches together a bunch of different things to get a demo asset (animated GIF, static screen shot etc) depending on what the person wants.
My biggest worry about hyperframes is how long it would take to build it
