Small world...ran into Dr. Gustav Lindstrom this AM at a @CFR_org talk on EU cyber diplomacy. Gustav was the Dir of the European Trng Crs @GCSP while I was there for ITC-26 (2011). He's now the director of the EU Institute for Security Studies. The value of the GCSP experience!
