@PNCBank_Help Several times today I have tried to deposit a check. The app has me take the photos & accept the deposit amount, then gives the error "mobile deposit unavailable". Is this a true outage? If so please warn us before we go through all that effort.

@PNCBank_Help Thanks for the suggestion. I followed those steps two times and still had the same problem. This is an android phone. I suspect it may have something to do with the OS upgrade it received a couple of days ago.
